Built in the field.
Earned one commitment at a time.

Rushmore did not start with a long list of capabilities. It started in Jordan in 2023 with a simple belief: when someone trusts you with a requirement, you own the outcome.

WHERE WE STARTED

We didn't build Rushmore
from a brochure.

We built it by doing the work.

The early assignments were straightforward on paper. In the field, they taught us quickly that plans change, timelines move, vehicles need to be replaced, equipment has to be found, and customers sometimes need an answer long after the workday is supposed to be over.

Those experiences shaped the way we operate today. Be available. Ask the right questions before saying yes. Be straight about what is possible. And when we make a commitment, follow it through.

Built in Jordan.
Earned one commitment at a time.

When I started Rushmore in Jordan in 2023, we did not have the advantage of a long track record. We had to earn the next call by how we handled the one in front of us.

The work taught us quickly. Plans changed. Timelines moved. Vehicles needed to be replaced. Equipment had to be found. Customers needed answers after normal business hours. We learned that reliability is not about pretending everything will go perfectly. It is about staying useful when it does not.

We also learned to ask better questions before saying yes. To be honest about what could be delivered. To communicate early when something changed. And when we made a commitment, to own the outcome.

That is how trust grew. One assignment led to another. Customers came back with larger requirements, and our work expanded from transportation into fleet support, logistics, procurement and mission-support needs. Our Jordan-based team went on to support U.S. defense activities, major military-exercise transportation, defense-industry programs and Canadian Armed Forces requirements.

In 2026, we formed Rushmore Integrated Solutions LLC in Wyoming. The U.S. company is the next step in the story, not the starting point. It gives government agencies and prime contractors a U.S.-registered contracting platform backed by lessons and operating knowledge developed in Jordan.

We are still building Rushmore, and I believe that is a good thing. It keeps us close to the work, close to our customers and focused on earning trust the same way we did at the beginning: one commitment at a time.

Growth came from
being trusted again.

One assignment led to another. Customers came back. Requirements became larger and more complex. Our job was to keep learning without losing the responsiveness that earned the next call.

01

Listen before you promise.

A clear requirement is worth more than a fast yes. We learned to ask better questions, identify the real constraint, and build the solution around what the customer actually needs.

02

Plans change. Stay useful.

Schedules move. Equipment changes. A vehicle can go down at the wrong time. Reliability is not pretending problems never happen. It is how quickly and responsibly you respond when they do.

03

Trust is built in small moments.

Answering the phone. Giving an honest update. Showing up when you said you would. Those moments may never appear in a proposal, but they are why customers remember who they can call.

From transportation needs
to mission support.

As the trust grew, so did the work. Our Jordan-based team moved from individual transportation requirements into fleet support, military exercises, procurement, logistics and specialized mission-support needs.

Along the way, the team has supported U.S. defense activities in Jordan, helped mobilize 108 vehicles for a major military exercise, supported non-tactical vehicle requirements and defense-industry programs, and contributed to Canadian Armed Forces requirements ranging from passenger transportation to a specialized mobile armory solution.

Every project added another lesson: how to mobilize faster, where local supply chains break, which questions matter before delivery, and how much execution depends on relationships built long before an urgent requirement arrives.

The U.S. company was
the next step — not the starting point.

Rushmore Integrated Solutions LLC was formed in Wyoming in 2026 to give government agencies and prime contractors a U.S.-registered contracting platform backed by regional operating knowledge developed in Jordan.

The company is new.
The lessons behind it aren't.

Our goal is not to make a young company look older than it is. It is to bring proven regional know-how into a structure that is easier for U.S. customers and partners to work with as opportunities grow.

Still building.
Still earning it.

We are proud of how far the work has taken us, but we do not believe trust is something a company earns once. We intend to keep earning it the same way we started: by being available, being straight with our customers, learning from the hard assignments, and doing what we said we would do.
